Complaints procedure:

We aim to please our customers and put their needs at the forefront of our business goals.

However on an occasion should you need to raise a complaint please contact us directly raising any concerns you may have in the first instance.

If you’re unhappy with how Property Pages NI is dealing with your complaint, you may escalate your complaint. However, be mindful that we might not be able to resolve your complaint immediately so it’s worth establishing how long we think it could take. 

Escalating your complaint:

Property Pages NI are members of the Property Ombudsman.

We belong to the ombudsman scheme so that complaints can be dealt with quickly and easily. 

Ombudsmen will not usually deal with a complaint until you’ve exhausted our own internal complaints procedure, and have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution.
